Please remember that room modifications are subject to availability as well as an additional cost. At Hotel Mac Puerto Marina you can check in at 2.00 p.m. at the earliest and you must vacate your room at 12.00 p.m. at the latest. If you wish to have a late check-out later than 12.00 p.m., please request this at reception. We will check the hotel occupancy (since this option is subject to availability) and if we can satisfy your request you will have to pay a surcharge.

By law, established under Order INT/1993/2003, of July 3rd, on registration books and traveller arrivals and other similar establishments, all clients over 16 years of age must be registered and have to sign a document, which is later sent to the police.

A few days before arrival, if we have your email, we will be contacting you with a link to fill in your details before arrival. If you don’t have your email because you have booked with a tour operator or online travel agency, you can email us to reservaspm@mac-hotels.com to request for the link to be sent to you via email.

If the restaurant is closed when you arrive at Hotel Mac Puerto Marina, if you are on half-board accommodation, you will automatically have a cold dinner prepared for you.

You must vacate your room at 12.00 p.m. However, you can leave your luggage at reception until you leave for the airport, bus or train station and still enjoy all of our facilities. Subject to availability, at the end of your stay we offer a courtesy room where you can shower and change before you leave. If the hotel is full, you can use the pool showers with courtesy towels, shower gel and shampoo. Another option is the late check-out after 12.00 p.m. (subject to availability and with surcharge).

Yes. At Hotel Mac Puerto Marina Benalmádena we offer you the option of waking you up with our wake-up service. If you notify reception in advance, we will wake you up and take your order for a cold breakfast that you can have at the restaurant before you leave. Cold breakfast from 7:00 am to 7:30 a.m. and picnic to take away when leaving before 7:00 a.m.

All rooms at Hotel Mac Puerto Marina Benalmádena are double and have two single beds and some have two single beds and a sofa bed. Also, all rooms have a furnished terrace and all bathrooms are equipped with a bath. The Family rooms and Junior Suite also have a living room with a sofa bed. Double rooms can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. Junior Suites can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

At Hotel Mac Puerto Marina, children are those whose ages are between 2 and 12 years of age (both included). The hotel has a swimming pool exclusively for them which is 30cm deep and thus ideal for the youngest children. Please take into account that during the peak season, the use of inflatables and balls may be restricted in the main pool so that all our guests can enjoy it.

We can only add one baby cot in the rooms with 2 adults. If there is another child or a third adult in the room, we cannot add a baby cot. Baby cots are free of charge. If you want a baby cot in a room occupied by 2 adults, please notify us in the notes field when you make your booking or via email at reservaspm@mac-hotels.com.

At Hotel Mac Puerto Marina Benalmádena we have ramps in all accesses as well as a special chair to access the pool and three adapted rooms that have been partially adapted to provide guests with limited mobility more space and comfort, especially in the bathroom. Please contact us for more information. If you require additional mobility aids, these may be rented through a local supplier at the reception.

From Malaga Airport, you can get to Hotel Mac Puerto Marina Benalmádena by car. Leave Malaga Airport on the MA-21/N-340 towards the southwest for 6 miles. When you go under the large “Benalmádena” signpost, move into the left-hand lane and after 350 yards take the underpass that will take you to Calle de Alay. You can also get to the hotel by bus. From Malaga Airport, tickets cost 3.50 euros approximately. The bus runs 365 days a year, although we recommend that you check the timetables.

The shared transfer takes approximately 30 minutes from Malaga Airport to Hotel Mac Puerto Marina. However, it may take longer to get to our hotel depending on whether we are the first stop or the last one.

A taxi to/from Malaga Airport costs approximately 30 to 35 euros. However, please remember that they only take up to 4 passengers and have limited luggage capacity.

Walk 700 yds. to the main street behind the hotel, where you will find the bus stop for the circular route that goes around Benalmádena. Bus tickets cost 1.45 euros approximately.
